General Policies

Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If you have more than one service booked a 48 hour notice is required.
Your credit card will be requested to hold your appointment.
Gratuities are appreciated but can not be added to credit cards.

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment, and allow some time after to relax.
If you arrive late it may be necessary to shorten your treatment.

Gift Certificate Policies

All Gift Certificates expire 1 year
from the date of issue and cannot
be refunded. If you would prefer to exchange your gift for any other service you may redeem it for the dollar value in services.
